Oh I so sorry for not seeing this earlier.. :( Anyway, this happen to me too and what got me back on track was simply thinking about how everything I did affects my body. Thinking about how I could be in exactly the same spot in a month or how I, if I worked for it, could have moved so much forward made me realize that I should do it today instead of always saying “naah.. I’ll do it tomorrow”
